Dactylorhiza - Fritillaria

Distribution: endemic Italian Alps; rock crevices.

Shrub up to 15 cm tall. Leaves linear. Flowers 3-5 in terminal clusters, 10-15 mm long, 5-10 mm diameter, fragrant, bright to pale pink, V-VI.

 

Verbreitung: endemisch in italienischen Alpen; Felsspalten.

 

Strauch bis 15 cm hoch. Blätter linear. Blüten 3-5 in endständigen Trauben, 10-15 mm lang, 5-10 mm Durchmesser, duftende, leuchtend hellrosa, V-VI.

Distribution: From S Europe and N Africa to SW Asia, up to 3000 m above sea level; calcareous rocks, rocky slopes, along river banks. 

Shrub up to 150 cm in hight. Flowers 6-8 mm long, white, sometimes purplish outside, scented, in axillary or terminal inflorescences. Fl. IV-IX. Superb form - very compact with white flowers - ex Mont Vermion
