Acaena-Cyclamen

Distribution: Caucasus, 1400-3000 m above sea level; rocky slopes, rocks, screes.

Perennial cushion- or mat-forming, grey cobwebbed. Flowering stems 3-6 cm tall. Inflorescence at apex, 2-5-flowered. Flowers 8-10 mm diameter, cream-white or purple-rose. Fl. V-VI.

 

Geographische Verbreitung: Kaukasus, 1400-3000 m über dem Meeresspiegel; felsige Hängen, Felsen, Geröllhalden.
Kissen-oder mattenbildende, graue Staude. Blütenstiele 3-6 cm hoch. Blütenstand an der Spitze, 2-5-blütige. Blumen 8-10 mm Durchmesser, creme-weiß oder lila-rose. Blütezeit V-VI.

Distribution: Alps, Carpathians; rocks, grasslands, mountain halls.

Perennial cespitose up to 10 cm tall. Leaves in ground rosette. Umbel with several flowers, with long petioles. Flowers 6-9 mm in diameter, white, yellow in throat, deeply in throat red. Fl. V-VII.

Distribution: W Pyrenees, above 1300 m above sea level; limestone rocks.

Perennial cushion-forming composed of leaf rosettes ca 2 cm diameter and 2-3 cm tall in bloom. Flowers ca. 8 mm diameter, white, greenish-yellow in central part.  Fl. V-VI.

Distribution: N Pyrenees, above 1800 m; limestone cliffs.

 

Perennial cushion-forming with leaf rosettes 0.8-1 cm diameter. Leaves linear. Scapes very short. Flowers 1-2 per rosette, 5-7 mm diameter, white, V-VI.

Distribution: China (S Gansu, Nei Mongol, E Qinghai, W Sichuan, E Xizang), 1300-4000 m above sea level; open woodlands, gravelly slopes, dry meadows.

Perennial dense mats forming 2-8 cm in tall. Leaf rosettes 1-4 cm in diameter. Scapes solitary from rosettes. Umbels 2-10-flowered. Flowers 5-7 mm in diameter, pink. Fl. VI.

Distribution: C Apennines, above 2500 m; limestone crevices.

Perennial with rosettes 1.5-2.5 cm diameter. Flower stem short; flower 1 per stem, 5 mm diameter, white with yellow eye. Fl. V.

Distribution: Pyrenees, above 2500 m above sea level; granite cliffs.

 

Perennial cushion-forming up to 5-6 cm diameter and 5 cm tall. Leaves narrow elliptic. Flowers 5-6 mm diameter, white. Fl. IV-V.

Distribution: Pyrenees, Sierra Nevada, Alps, Apennines, Atlas Mts., above 2000 m; rock crevices.

Perennial cushion-forming. Leaves in rosettes 0.5-1 cm diameter, densely hairy. Flowers 1-3 per rosette, on short scapes, 5-8 mm across, white with yellow eye. Fl. IV-V.

Perennial 10-20 cm in tall. Stems erect, scapose. Umbels 1-6-flowered or flowers solitary. Flowers pink. Fl. IV-VI.

 

Staude 10-20 cm hoch. Stamm aufrecht. Blüten einzeln oder in 2-6 blütigen Dolden. Blüten rosa. Blütezeit IV-VI.
