Distribution: Pyrenees, Alps, 500-3000 m; moist places.

Perennial up to 15 cm tall. Leaves ca. 3 cm diameter, leathery. Flowers 1-3 atop the scape, 8-12 mm long, bell- to funnel-shaped, fringed at margin up to ½ long of corona, lavender-blue, red marked inside. Fl. V-VI.
